Symptoms Experienced:
From the first episode, I've experienced an overall spasm on the right side of my face, including the near closing of my right eye, the pulling of my mouth, cheek and neck. There also seems to be a spasm to the right side of my forehead as well. My eye tears. The episodes vary in intensity and frequency never going more than 14 days between episodes but sometimes happening several times a week at this point. I was diagnosed in January 2002.

UPDATE: 10/04, After a 2 yr remission, my spasms have returned on my LEFT side this time. I continue to have mild tremors around my right eye. The spasms have been back for 5 months now and are more severe and much more frequent than before. In the middle of tests to rule out other disorders, MRI and MRA was perfectly normal. My neurologist now says she is undecided about my exact diagnosis.
