bluffer's spasm around eye plus hemifacial spasm of rest of the face

Botox Comments:
Can’t close eye tightly, no spasm; and mouth always frowning plus still have spasms. The first time I had Botox, even after the "frozen" effect wore off after 3 months, the spasms did not return for 18 months. This is not happening this time.
