Symptoms Experienced:
spasms pulling the left side of my face and eye fluttering and completely closing
Medications Tried: several medications which did not stop the spasms.
I suffered with double vision and dizziness.

Botox injections for 5 1/2 yrs every 3 months and sometimes every 2 months.
It was losing its effectiveness and was not totally stopping the spasms.
