Started with twitching in left eye, then proceeded down side of face.
Medications Tried: Several medications tried - worked for a while, then no effect.

Controlled spasms in the beginning. Face became droopy - couldn't smile. After a while was no longer getting any effects (became immuned to the botox after so many years).
