Symptoms Experienced:
twitching on my left eye and followed by total spasm on my left face
Medications Tried: medicines i.e. steroids and non steroids,diazepam and chlonazepam tabs, vit.b,and i even undergone ct scan, that was then that i was diagnosed to have HFS, and my neurologist advised me to stop all medications since those are of no use to my sickness, the only solution he said was to undergo surgery,botox isalso an option but there are side effects he said. That's why i didnt try botox injection.
Alternative Treatments Tried:
for more than 2 months now i am undergoing reflexology, sometimes it reduces my spasm but still it always comes back,,i also tried to take fod supplements i.e. spirulina but still found no changes on my HFS

I really dreamed of undergoing an MVD in the U.S. but it will be next to impossible since I am here in the Philippines and it is very hard for us to go there.
